PPP Unit United States of America

There is no national PPP authority in the United States and PPP is generally a matter of state or municipal regulation. 

The Office of Global Partnerships (GP) strives to advance the Department of State’s top foreign policy priorities through private sector engagement. 

The District of Columbia Office of Public-Private Partnerships (OP3) and The Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A) are examples of local authorities. 

Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) encourages the consideration of public-private partnerships (P3s) in the development of transportation improvements.
