PPP Laws/Concession Laws - Canada

Federal Government Departments include the Canada Infrastructure Bank and Infrastructure Canada. 

 

 

Provincial bodies include Infrastructure Ontario, Partnerships BC, SaskBuilds, Alberta Infrastructure, Partnerships New Brunswick and the Société québécoise des infrastructures.  

At the municipal level, some municipalities have undertaken to develop their own projects, often implemented in partnership with the provincial agencies.
