Toolkit for Solid Waste Management - Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission, Ministry of Urban Development Government of India, November 2012.

Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM) is a reform driven infrastructure improvement programme that aims to create economically productive, efficient, equitable and responsive cities. This toolkit is an attempt by the Ministry of Urban Development to provide a simple, yet comprehensive document about the sector, applicable rules and regulations, methods of project implementation, etc., which will ease understanding of the sector and hence improve project progress. This toolkit covers areas of concern from the implementer’s point of view with examples, and references.
