Orissa State - Toll Roads Bill 2010 and Toll Rules 2011

To consolidate and amend law relating to levy and collection of tolls for using state roads including bridges in state roads and to provide for private participation in construction, development, maintenance and operation of such bridges and roads in the state and for matters connected there with or incidental thereto.
