In general terms, the regulation of airports in Spain is mainly implemented through Royal Decree Law 13/2010, 3 December, approving tax and labor measures and measures to foster investment (“RDL 13/2010”) and Law 21/2003, of 7 July on Air Security (“Law 21/2003”)

Australia Airports Act 1996

The objects of this Act are as follows: (a) to promote the sound development of civil aviation in Australia; (b) to establish a system for the regulation of airports that has due regard to the interests of airport users and the general community; (c) to promote the efficient and economic development and operation of airports; (d) to facilitate the comparison of airport performance in a transparent manner; (e) to ensure majority Australian ownership of airports; (f) to limit the ownership of certain airports by airlines; (g) to ensure diversity of ownership and control of certain major airports; (h) to implement international obligations relating to airports.

Global Infrastructure Outlook

This report sets out to explore the extent of infrastructure investment expected in the coming decades as well as the extent to which provision could be increased if countries raised their game to match their best performing peers. It also presents separate estimates of the costs of meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals for universal access to electricity, water and sanitation.
