PPP Unit Latvia

The Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA) was established based on the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of the CFCA signed by the European Commission and the government of the Republic of Latvia on October 21, 1997. The Memorandum of Understanding foresaw development of so-called Decentralized Implementation System (DIS) for the programmes co-financed by the European Commission.

PPP Unit Kyrgyz Republic

The PPP Unit has been established under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Public-Private Partnerships with a primary aim to identify, assess, support and monitor PPP projects as well as consult investors and facilitate long term partnership with mutual benefits.

PPP Unit Kosovo

The Kosovo PPP Committee promotes and supports implementation of public-private partnerships in many economic sectors with the aim of providing more efficient infrastructure and public services at lower cost.

PPP Unit Kazakhstan

Website for the Kazakhstan Project Preparation Fund which promotes the infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the provision of services on structuring and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including those implemented by PPP. It was created in March 2014 in accordance with the decision of the Coordination Council for the PPP under the Government of Kazakhstan dated September 3, 2013.

PPP Unit Greece

The Inter-Ministerial Committee for Public-Private Partnerships (ICPPP) is the collective governmental body which set the general policy for PPPs and approve projects that should proceed to implementation through the PPP framework.

PPP Unit Germany

Much of the infrastructure are administered by the federal states, see for example website of the PPP in Niedersachsen and North-Rhine-Westphalia.
