Estonia does not have a specific law for PPPs in place. The Ministry of Finance is the responsible institution for public procurement policy, drafting the law, providing supervision and consulting.

PPP Unit Croatia

The Ministry of Economic and Sustainable Development display a list of announced, approved and contracted PPP projects in Croatia as well as a list of PPP contracts in Croatia, including estimated capital value.

PPP Unit Bosnia and Herzegovina

In executing its function, the Commission shall promote the satisfaction of public needs and the economic development through involvement of private sector in financing, design, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance and/or operation of infrastructure and accompanying facilities, services and in exploitation of natural resources and buildings used for their exploitation, taking into account the protection of economic and social interests, environmental protection as well as the fair treatment of private sector.

PPP Unit Belarus

On September 1, 2016 the PPP Center was moved to the structure of the National Agency of Investment and Privatization in order to increase the Center's potential and effectiveness of its interaction with state authorities in attracting investments to the Republic of Belarus.

PPP Unit Azerbaijan

The Ministry of Economic Development develops the economic policy, and economic and social forecasts; it also works to promote different areas of the economy, foreign economic and trade relations, investment activity, and promotion of investments in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

PPP Unit Armenia

The 2019 program of the Government of the Republic of Armenia emphasized the importance of the policy development for the Public-Private Partnership (hereinafter referred to as PPP) and efficient implementation of PPP projects.

PPP Unit Albania

PPA is the central institution responsible for the well-being of the public procurement system, concessions/public-private partnership, and public auctions. Aside from the updated legislation in these fields, at this web page there are published manuals, reports of different international institutions, and other materials that help in analysis and interpretation in practice of such legislation.
