Chad procurement system is embodied by Decree No. 2417-PR-PM-2015 on the Public Procurement Code (PPC) of 17 December 2015 (in French).
In March 2021 Senegal adopted a new law on Public-Private Partnership contracts, Law No. 2021-23 on public-private partnership contracts. The new law repeals the former Law No. 2014-09.

Public procurement in Botswana is mainly regulated by Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and and Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations.
