Regulation for Wind Power : UREDBU O VJETROELEKTRANAMA (Montenegrin)

Na osnovu člana 3 stav 1 tačka 4 Zakona o energetici („Službeni list RCG“, broj 39/03) i člana 40 stav 3 Zakona o državnoj imovini („Službeni list CG“, broj 21/09), Vlada Crne Gore na sjednici od 17. septembra 2009. godine, donijela je UREDBU O VJETROELEKTRANAMA

 

Ovom uredbom uređuje se postupak mjerenja i istraživanja potencijala vjetra, način i postupak davanja u zakup zemljišta na lokaciji za mjerenje, odnosno lokaciji vjetroelektrane, postupak izgradnje vjetroelektrane i njenog priključenja na elektroenergetski sistem, kao i otkup električne energije.

Mali - Electrification: Technical Specifications to Concession Contract

This is a detailed annex to the concession document that allows a retail service provider to serve a specified community.  It specifies minimum daily duration of the service and the requirement that voltage cannot fluctuate by more than 12% from the target level and frequency by more than 5 % from the target level.  It also specifies the information that the concession holder must report to AMADER, the rural electrification agency in Mali. Article 21 specifies reporting requirements for the concession holder.

Algeria Penal Code - Art. 350 (water, electricity and gas theft)

Code Penal Art. 350  - A new article 350 was introduced into the Code Penale in 2006 (by loi no.06.23 du 20 decembre 2006) to include fraudulent extraction of water, electricity and gas as theft, punishalbe from 1 to 5 years in prison and fines from 500 to 20.000 dinars.
