Trial Measures for Pricing and Cost Sharing Management for Renewable Energy Power Generation (可再生能源发电价格和费用分摊管理试行办法)

Issued by NDRC in January 2006, produced in accordance with the Renewable Energy Law.

The Circular Economy Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China has been passed in the 4th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on Aug. 29, 2008. It is hereby promulgated, which shall enter into force as of Jan. 1, 2009.
