Lima Bulk Water Supply Concession (BOT)

El proyecto comprende el diseño, financiamiento, construcción, operación y mantenimiento de obras nuevas y obras existentes con el objetivo de incrementar la disponibilidad de agua potable para ampliar y mejorar el servicio a 1.5 millones de habitantes en el Este y Sur de Lima. Concession for water and sewerage services for Emfapa utility for Tumbes Peru

30 year concession agreement to supply water and sewerage services to Tumbes city through operating Emfapa.

Peruvian-Argentine consortium Latinaguas Concisa beat three other short-listed bidders to claim the 30-year concession.

The winner offered an investment of US$31.4mn to upgrade basic services through construction projects in Tumbes city in a first stage over five years.

The concession will require roughly US$62mn in investment, of which German development bank KFW will provide 17.5mn euros (US$21.9mn). The state will extend 4mn euros for initial works.

Public-private partnership for the Construction and Operation of 350 Underground Parking Lot in San Borja, Peru

This agreement is approved for signature but unsigned as for Sept 2016

Main Features: Public-private partnership for the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of 14,320 square meters of space, including an underground parking lot (353 parking spaces) and commercial space at ground level.

The project emerged from an unsolicited proposal, or private initiative as it is denominated in Spanish.

Proyecto EcoPark: 350 estacionamientos subterráneos en San Borja (PerPublic-private partnership for the Construction and Operation of 350 Underground Parking Lot in San Borja, Peru)

Short summary in English: Public-private partnership for the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of 14,320 square meters of space, including an underground parking lot and commercial space at ground level. The period of the contract is 32 years from the date of signing. The municipality will receive 8% of income from the parking operations and rental income from commercial space. The private party is free to set prices on both the parking and rental operations.

Concession for a 573 Underground Parking Lot in Miraflores (Spanish)
