This criterion examines whether the permitting processes for developers and projects are efficient and streamlined, enabling the focus on project delivery. The right permitting processes can enable developers to accelerate the project development activities to generate ERCs, driving the growth of the ERC market and contributing to the country's sustainable development goals.
