The Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure Resource Center (PPPIRC) has recently changed its name to the Public-Private Partnerships Legal Resource Center (PPPLRC) to reflect better its focus on legal issues relating to PPPs. The site will continue to feature sample laws, regulations, contracts, tools and other resources across various sectors and PPP-related topics. Designed for government officials, project managers and lawyers involved in PPP projects in developing countries, it provides international experience and precedents to help you develop a conducive PPP enabling environment and structure PPP project and contracts.
