The Public Procurement Act 2019, regulates the public procurement of goods, services and works.
Every Procuring Entity shall establish a Procurement Unit under the Public Procurement, Concessions and Disposal Act, 2015 (PPCDA) (art. 61).
A Concession Technical Unit was also established within the Ministry of Finance (art. 121)
