The Higher Council for Privatization and Partnerships (HCPP) is the authority in charge of planning and implementing privatization programs. 

The Infrastructure and Projects Division at the Accountant General Department in the Ministry of Finance. The division is composed of the Accountant General’s staff and the PPP Projects Unit located at the governmental company, Inbal.

The Kuwait Authority For Partnership Projects, KAPP, serves as the main body responsible for PPP projects implementation.

PPP Directorate in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) oversees the development of PPP projects across Jordan.

The Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority is a state organization engaged in promoting and supporting programs to encourage PPPs. 

The Ministry of Regional Development provides practical guidance in the public contract award process and co-ensures development of related legal norms. 

Corporacion Nacional para el Desarrollo (CND) in Uruguay develop the operational, accounting, and financial management of third party funds, for and on behalf of customers, to facilitate the implementation and realization of specific projects.

In 2011 the Ministry of Finance and the Economy established a PPP Unit as part of an initiative to promote public–private partnerships for infrastructure in Trinidad and Tobago.
