On December 30, 2015 the law of the Republic of Belarus "On public-private partnership" was approved and came into force on 2 July 2016.
Additionally, Decree No 1149 dated 7 December 2016, establish rules on terms of execution of investment projects by investors with respect to construction and infrastructure facilities based on "Build-Operate-Transfer" model, requirements to investors depending on the types of construction and infrastructure facilities, specifications and terms of agreements, and ways of determination of the value of goods and services to be produced through investment.
The 2019 program of the Government emphasized the importance of the policy development for the Public-Private Partnership (hereinafter referred to as PPP) and efficient implementation of PPP projects.
“The Public-Private Partnership Policy of the Republic of Armenia" was approved on November 9, 2017.
On June 28, 2019, Law “On the Public-Private Partnership” was adopted, which defines the PPP relations, implementation criteria, procedures, the institutional framework of governance, and applicable principles.

Lebanon Law No. 48/2017. In August 2017, the Lebanese government passed legislation regulating PPP (PPP Law No. 48). The PPP Law was enacted with the main objective of promoting and encouraging investment in the infrastructure sector.
In 2020, the Jordanian Senate approved and implemented a draft of the new Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Law amending the Public-Private Partnership Law No. 31 of 2014.
