The PPP Act has been substituted with a PPP policy framework and a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Implementation Guideline, designed to support the implementation of the PPP Policy 2019.
The Cambodian government has approved the draft Law on Public-Private Partnerships. The law is meant to replace the Law on Concessions passed in 2007.
