The Public-Private Partnership Act and accompanying bylaws, regulate the area of public-private partnership in the Republic of Croatia. The Concessions Act is also important for the area of public-private partnership.
The new Concessions Act revoked the old Concessions Act (from 2006) and the Public-Private Partnership Act (from 2013). The new Concessions Act is effective from 01.01.2018.

On December 30, 2015 the law of the Republic of Belarus "On public-private partnership" was approved and came into force on 2 July 2016.
Additionally, Decree No 1149 dated 7 December 2016, establish rules on terms of execution of investment projects by investors with respect to construction and infrastructure facilities based on "Build-Operate-Transfer" model, requirements to investors depending on the types of construction and infrastructure facilities, specifications and terms of agreements, and ways of determination of the value of goods and services to be produced through investment.
The 2019 program of the Government emphasized the importance of the policy development for the Public-Private Partnership (hereinafter referred to as PPP) and efficient implementation of PPP projects.
“The Public-Private Partnership Policy of the Republic of Armenia" was approved on November 9, 2017.
On June 28, 2019, Law “On the Public-Private Partnership” was adopted, which defines the PPP relations, implementation criteria, procedures, the institutional framework of governance, and applicable principles.
