This study examines the system of tariffs for the use of railway infrastructure that is needed to enable liberalization of the freight market in Mongolia. It analyzes international experience in rail sector reform and rail infrastructure tariffs.

The report highlights the key trends, challenges, and opportunities for Mongolian SMEs in three areas: enabling environment, supply and demand prospects for financial and non-financial services, and demand for and access to finance, with a particular focus on women-owned businesses.
