What is the Toolkit?

This toolkit is a resource designed to assist practitioners working on the next generation of PSP contracts for smaller water projects. Building on a review of PSP contracts developed in over 14 countries -- as well as recent survey data -- the toolkit provides actionable guidance on how best to structure contract and bidding documents.

Evaluating the Environment for Public-Private Partnerships in Asia-Pacific: Infrascope

The methodology is based on a similar study of Latin America and the Caribbean published in 2009 and 2010. The index was built by the Economist Intelligence Unit and commissioned by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The Infrascope is an informational tool and benchmarking index that assesses the capacity of countries in Latin America and the Caribbean to carry out sustainable public-private partnerships (PPPs) in infrastructure. The analysis and content of this index covers the period from May 2014 to August 2014. The index was built by The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) and is commissioned by the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF), a member of the Inter-American Development Bank Group.
