PPPs for Public Markets Malls and Slaughter Houses / Abattoirs

Municipalities and local authorities often want to refurbish and expand markets and malls or establish proper food and safety arrangements in public markets or abattoirs / slaughterhouses but do not have the finances or capacity to do so.
