Infrastructure Funding - Public Private Act 2006 (Fiji)

The purpose of this paper is to highlight some of the salient features of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Policies, which are embodied in the Public-Private Partnership Act of 2006

The first section of this paper will address the evolution of the PPP concept. I then propose to look into the detail of the policy and the legal framework of the concept. In the concluding remaraks, I will discuss the precessing and implementation of the PPP policies.
