Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) is in talks to acquire a 35% stake in PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT), operator of the 676 km Trans-Java toll network, representing 56% of Jasa Marga Group’s toll assets.

The equity divestment aims to fund future infrastructure projects. JTT’s assets reached Rp29.36 trillion by mid-2023. Strategic partner search began in May 2023, aligning with Jasa Marga’s long-term spin-off strategy.

Nine subsidiaries manage key toll segments. Jasa Marga expects 10–15% revenue growth in 2023 amid rising traffic. Equity fundraising is seen as a long-term financial sustainability measure. Mirae Asset recommends buying JSMR shares, citing increased traffic during election-related mobility.
