The International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) series is produced in collaboration between Global Legal Group (GLG) and a panel of expert legal contributors from around the world. Together, they compile, research, and publish cross-border legal guidance. 

 

ICLG Public Procurement covers common issues including application of the law to entities and contracts, award procedures, exclusions and exemptions, remedies, privatisations and PPPs in 17 jurisdictions.
