The Circular Economy Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China has been passed in the 4th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on Aug. 29, 2008. It is hereby promulgated, which shall enter into force as of Jan. 1, 2009.
