This module sets out different tools to be used throughout the PPP project cycle to engage with the communities affected by and associated with the project, with a special focus on women and the poor.
Community engagement provides critical information for PPP project design, to ensure services are delivered in the right way, to the right people. Community engagement can also help create local community buy-in to the project and facilitate adaptation to change.
