Australia - Melbourne Metropolitan Tram Franchise Agreement

Agreement between the Public Transport Development Authority (PTV) and KDR Victoria Pty Limited for KDR to operate a tramway passenger services using rolling stock and tram infrastructure leased to it from PTV for an initial period of 8 years from 2009, to be extended up to a maximum of 3 years.
