La Direction Générale de la Privatisation (DGPV), dont les attributions et l'organisation sont fixées par le décret n°96-1226 du 01 juillet 1996 et qui a été rattachée à la Présidence du Gouvernement en vertu du décret n°2002-2130 du 30 septembre 2002, est chargée de la supervision du programme de privatisation.
