Improved Access to Water Services in the East Zone of Metro Manila Project - Output-based Aid Agreement, Philippines

Output-Based agreement entered into by the World Bank and Manila Water Company. The World Bank agrees to extend a grant to assist financing to a project whose objective is to increase access to piped water supply services for approximately 20,000 poor households in the east zone of Metro Manila.
