This document called Protocol for a transparent practice of Public-Private Partnerships in Honduras comes from a joint effort of FOSDEH, Civil Society Organizations, State Institutions, Private Enterprise, Cooperation International Academy, Social Movements, among others, as a response to different analyzes, opinions, concerns and criteria made on the implementation of the Partnerships Private public in Honduras. Born since 2011, with the approval of Decree No. 143-2010, which legally gives official recognition to the instrument (model) for the government Honduras encourage and promote investments in the form of PPP.
