The Act on Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure together with the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Public-Private Partnership in Infrastructure are the main components of the legal framework for public-private partnerships (PPPs) in South Korea.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Act on Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure and those necessary for the enforcement thereof.
