Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 and the Concession Act of 17 June 2016 entered into force on 30 June 2017.

The Act Public Procurement Act implements the European Directives 2014/24/EU (classic sectors) and 2014/25/EU (specific sectors). The Concession Act implements the European Directive 2014/23/EU.
