The New Zealand Infrastructure Commission, Te Waihanga, was officially formed by the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission/Te Waihanga Act 2019 on 25 September 2019.
The New Zealand PPP Framework: A Blueprint for Future Transactions outlines a series of enhancements to the government’s approach to planning, procuring, and delivering future Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The framework can be accessed on the Te Waihanga website.
