Established by Law No. 2015-039 of February 3, 2016 on Public-Private Partnership (PPP), the Public-Private Partnership Unit (PPP Unit) is the national technical entity placed under the direct supervision of the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic (Article 2 of Decree No. 2023-333). It constitutes the one-stop shop for technical and strategic support for the development, structuring, procurement and monitoring-evaluation of PPP projects in Madagascar.
