Law No14/2016 of 02/05/2016 for Governing PPPs in Rwanda. The PPP Guidelines support the delivery of public infrastructure and services through PPPs in Rwanda. Rwanda has also enacted a new Investment law in 2021 on investment promotion and facilitation.
