BPA Transmission Services manages the federally owned transmission lines and facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Transmission Services conducts the sale of transmission services according to the rules of its Open Access Transmission Tariff, orders of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), regulatory requirements of reliability organizations such as NERC and WECC, and in accordance with standard industry practices.
