Mohali terminal chairman booked for duping buyers

The developers of Mohali terminal, including chairman and directors of C&C Towers Limited, were slapped with another FIR in Mohali. They have been booked for duping around 20 people of Rs 3.55 crore on the pretext of providing shops and offices in the bus terminal-cum-commercial complex in Phase 6 of Mohali.
According to the police, the accused have been identified as Gurjeet Singh Johar, chairman of the firm, Rajbir Singh, developer, Charnvir Singh Sethi, managing director, Col CVS Sehgal (retd), chief general manager, commercial, Amritpal Singh Chadha, director and Sanje Gupta, developer.
