Order 009/PR of 11 February 2016 on PPP contracts sets the framework of preparation, signing and execution of contracts and agreements. In 2018, three implementing decrees entered into force;154/PR/MPIPCI setting the setting the procedures for awarding public-private partnership contracts, 155/PR/MPIPPP on the attributions, organization and functioning of the Steering Body for Public-Private Partnerships and 156/PR/MPIPPP on the attributions and organization of the Body for evaluating public-private partnerships tenders.
