PPP Laws/Concession Laws - Angola

In May 2019 Law No. 11/19, the new Law on Public-Private Partnerships, came into force. 

It replaces Law No. 2/11, Lei Sobre as Parcerias Público Privadas (Law on public-private partnerships), the country's first PPP law.

The new Public Procurement Law, law no 41/20 of 23 December, entered into force 22 January 2021. The replaces the previous Law, no 9/16 of 16 June on Public Procurement.
