The report outlines guiding principles on integrating  sustainability into government's decision making on infrastructure projects. 

It also recommends that alignment of infrastructure planning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as well as to minimize the environmental footprint of construction projects while engaging local communities into infrastructure decision making.
