This report provides an overview of the issues that may affect a public-private partnership (PPP) project in each country in Europe, some background to the law and practice governing PPP projects and examples of key legal and funding issues that may arise.

This guide explores and explains the public-private partnership (PPP) landscape across 21 European jurisdictions and offers insights into the macro-economic and political conditions in each country, as well as the national legal system and, in particular, laws applicable to PPP projects. The 158-page report also looks at recent and current PPP projects in the different jurisdictions, including local market characteristics and financing options.
