The Public-Private Partnership Legal Resource Center (PPPLRC) has a new section that looks at key legal issues to be considered to ensure that PPPs reach the poor, sets out possible legal and contractual mechanisms to promote an enabling environment for pro-poor projects, as well as suggest ways to facilitate and incentivize service delivery. Read More >
