British Columbia - Okanagan Lake Crossing Concession Agreement

Concession Agreement for design, build and financing of a new crossing over the Okanagan Lake, BC, Canada together with operation and then decommission of the existing crossing. The Concession is for 30 years. The Concessionaire is paid availability payments and performance payments (linked to traffic volume, safety, user satisfaction - clause 31 and schedule 10). Concessionaire is not to charge tolls/ user charges. Concessionnaire is granted a non-exclusive licence to the Site. Click on Project Schedules for other key documents.
