The objective of this note is to outline the potential benefits to furthering the development Djibouti’s ICT sector and building upon Djibouti’s submarine cable infrastructure.
The note provides a review of the current status of the Djibouti ICT market and proposes a methodology for enhancing the Djibouti ICT policy framework and for deciding between alternative paths for ICT development.
