This toolkit for mainstreaming gender in transport infrastructure projects gives an overview of gender issues in transport infrastructure and services in the Philippines. It is designed to help facilitate gender responsiveness in developing and implementing road infrastructure projects.

The tools are sequenced according to the four major phases of a road infrastructure project implementation: planning, design, pre-construction and construction and maintenance.
