Guide for Submission and Assessment of Unsolicited Proposals (NSW, Australia)

In 2012, the NSW Government launched its Unsolicited Proposals Guide for Submission and Assessment (Guide). In 2014, the Guide was enhanced as a result of an extensive review that included feedback from industry. The August 2017 update incorporates the recommendations from two Performance Audits conducted by the Audit Office of NSW (Managing Unsolicited Proposals in NSW, 2016 and NorthConnex, 2017) and the most recent periodic review (2016), providing greater clarity and public reporting.
