Public-Private Partnerships for Health in Vietnam: Issues and Options

The book defines health-related PPPs, describes their key characteristics, and develops a taxonomy of the different types of PPPs that exist in practice, illustrated by international examples. It also assesses the regulatory and institutional framework for the health PPP program in Vietnam, as well as financing and accountability mechanisms for PPPs at its national and subnational levels.

Vietnam PPP Law - Decree on Public-Private Partnership Investment Form (No. 15/2015/ND-CP)

The official translation of the Decree on Public-Private-Partnerships Investment Form (Decree 15/2015/ND-CP) in Vietnam, issued February 2015 and becoming effective on 10 April 2015.

 

This decree replaces former Decree 71 on PPPs and Decree 108 on BOTs.

To ensure the unification in selection of equipment and materials, the technical
characteristics of equipment and materials must satisfy the following environmental
conditions:

Maximal environmental Temperature:45C

Average environmental Temperature:25C

Minimal environmental Temperature:0C

Average Humidity:85%
