The Public–Private Partnership Monitor: Philippines, published in December 2020, by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

This Asian Development Bank (ADB) publication provides an overview of the Philippines public–private partnership (PPP) environment, which has developed a strong enabling framework through the 2012 Build–Operate–Transfer Law and the PPP Center, resulting in 116 financially closed PPPs over three decades.
