The learning course is designed to provide PPP basic knowledge as introductory step before the CP3P Certification. The five training modules includes quizzes, illustrations and case studies from the African continent. The modules are multi sectoral, practical oriented, and use projects and case studies and customize them for regional application; to help PPP units, industry associations, and advisory firms etc. deliver an initial PPP training.
Access to the World Bank Open Learning Campus is needed.

- PPP Project Identification and Preparation
- PPP Structure and Financing
- Managing PPP Procurement and Contracting
- PPP Contract Management and Performance Monitoring Techniques
