Chile Regulatory Telecommunications Authority (SUBTEL)

The Undersecretary of Telecommunications is a body dependent on the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications. Its work is aimed at coordinating, promoting, promoting and developing telecommunications in Chile, transforming this sector into an engine for the economic and social development of the country.

Its main functions are to propose national policies on telecommunications matters, in accordance with Government guidelines, exercise direction and control of their implementation, supervise public and private companies in the sector in the country, controlling compliance with the Relevant laws, regulations and standards.
